Block Collider AT Testnet Installation Guide



Responding to install questions and all testnet related issues will be a community effort in

Install NVM

curl -o- | bash

log out and log back in or export the NVM path in terminal

Install Node.js

nvm install 10.16.3

Install Yarn

curl -sS | sudo apt-key add -
echo "deb stable main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/yarn.list
sudo apt update
sudo apt install yarn

Install Python

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install python2.7 python-pip
sudo apt install python2.7 python-pip
log out and log in to the terminal
which python2.7 (find the executable path, in our case: /usr/bin/python2.7)
npm config set python /usr/bin/python2.7

Install Build Essentials

sudo apt-get install build-essential

Download Latest

Visit and click on Mine Testnet
unzip and change directories into the folder

Testnet Runtime Instructions

It is critical you use the exact same command as the rest of the network. Not doing so will slow down the core engineers and subsequent mainnet launch.
